What are the lead / delivery times on the Photopod?

If your item is in stock, it'll be dispatched within 3 business days. If we don't have your item in stock it will be approx 2-4 weeks to dispatch.

What touch screen device is provided with the Compact Photopod?

All top packages come equipped with either the Microsoft Surface Pro i5 128gb or 2-1 touchscreen laptop i3 12g. Upgrades are available so please get in touch for more info.

What warranty comes with the Compact Photopod & Selfie Tower?

We offer a 6 month warranty on The Photopod and Selfie Tower but this does not cover wear and tear. All electronic equipment is covered by their original manufacturer's warranty. Proof of purchase will be required.

How long does The Photopod & Selfie Tower take to set up?

Once you have your templates ready to go, the Compact Photopod and Selfie Tower click into place in no time at all. A few minutes testing light and printer quality and you can have it up and running in as little as 20 minutes. Without the computer, camera, printer etc the units literally takes 5 minutes to put together.

How big does the area need to be to set up?

We recommend an area of 3m x 3m, this can be bigger depending on your situation or smaller if needed.

Can I fit it into the boot of my car?

Yes! The photopod and Selfie Tower were designed with portability as our main priority. We designed both units to be easily dismantled and small enough to fit straight into the boot of your car. With a custom designed padded carry bags it makes this product perfect for entrepreneurs who want to run a photo booth business without the unnecessary cost of a commercial vehicle.

Does the booth require an attendant?

Yes. We recommend the booth has some kind of supervision at all times but it will work on its own.

How many people can fit into the booth?

It will typically fit around 8-10 people but there are no limits! Have as many or little as you want.

What DSLR camera is recommended with the Compact Photopod?

With two of our packages we provide a Canon 1300d which also comes with a lens.

Where is the Compact Photopod & Selfie Tower made?

The Compact Photopod and Selfie Tower are made in the U.K! Each booth is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping.

What printer is recommended for the Compact Photopod?

We recommend a Citizen CY printer or one of DNP's printers as they offer great printing quality, low cost printing and speed.

Can the software shoot with green screen?

Yes. The pod photo booth software has green screen capabilities.

What is the return policy?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery but must be exactly as item was sent out and unused. If the Photopod has been used, we can not offer a refund.
